Preventing workplace accidents and strengthening SUMA's safety culture are strategic priorities for the company. With this commitment in mind, SUMA held a Safety Meeting, bringing together representatives from different areas of the organisation to review key safety indicators, share operational experience and identify opportunities to strengthen prevention and improve operational safety.
The session was attended by Hugo Pereira, CEO of Mota-Engil Environment and Energy, SUMA's Board of Directors and representatives from different areas of the organisation, reinforcing the commitment of both leadership and teams to safety and continuous improvement.
Throughout the meeting, participants discussed the organisation's main challenges and shared perspectives on opportunities for improvement, reinforcing the importance of continuous learning, prevention and everyone's involvement in building a strong safety culture.
Safety is a shared responsibility and an ongoing commitment built every day through prevention, learning and continuous improvement.
