After several months of giving a voice to the people behind SUMA’s day-to-day work, the first edition of SUMA Ambassadors | People Who Make It Happen came to a close at the end of July.
The initiative concluded with the release of a making-of video featuring some of the behind-the-scenes moments from the filming and offering a more informal look back at a project built around the stories and experiences of the people who are part of the organisation.
Throughout this first edition, employees from different areas and roles shared their professional journeys, challenges and perspectives, providing an insight into the different realities within SUMA and the diversity of experiences that contribute to the company’s work every day.
By giving a voice to these different journeys, the initiative helped bring greater visibility to the diversity of experiences and contributions that make up SUMA, while reinforcing the value of people as a central part of the organisation.
The closing video brings this first chapter to an end by also showing what went beyond the testimonials themselves: the spontaneity of the filming, the closeness between teams and some of the moments that helped shape the project.
A fitting way to conclude the first edition of SUMA Ambassadors, returning to the idea at its core: behind every service, every operation and every result are the people who make it happen.
